How does online coaching work? +
Everything runs through a coaching app. You get a custom training program and nutrition targets, log your workouts and check-ins, and message your coach directly between sessions. Each week we review your progress and adjust the plan so it keeps working for you.
Where do you offer in-person training? +
In-person one-on-one sessions are based in Kelowna, BC and the surrounding area. If you're outside the region, online coaching gives you the same custom programming and accountability from anywhere in Canada.
Do I need a gym or special equipment? +
No. We build your program around what you have access to, whether that's a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just bodyweight. Your plan is matched to your equipment, experience, and schedule.
What does it cost? +
Coaching is tailored to what you need, so pricing depends on whether you want online, in-person, or a mix. The best way to get exact numbers is the free consult. If you just want a written nutrition plan to follow on your own, that's a one-time $97 CAD.
Am I locked into a contract? +
No. Coaching is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. The free consult has zero obligation, it's just a conversation about your goals.
How soon will I see results? +
It depends on your starting point and goal, but most clients feel real momentum within the first few weeks once nutrition and training are dialled in. We focus on sustainable progress you can keep, not crash results that bounce back.
